Transparency

Radical transparency from the beginning.

Trust should not depend on appearing larger or older than we are. We will publish verified organizational, financial and project documentation as it becomes available.

Project status

Words with defined meaning.

The pipeline and project pages read the same status record. Work cannot quietly become “active” in marketing copy while remaining exploratory in the data.

Exploring

A problem or concept is being investigated.

Researching

Questions and evidence are being developed.

Pilot planning

Scope, method and delivery are being prepared.

Seeking funding

A defined stage needs resources.

Active

Implementation is underway.

Completed

Defined work has concluded and can be reported.

Paused

Work has stopped temporarily, with status retained.

In development

A product is being designed or built.

Evidence and failure

Useful reporting includes what did not work.

When projects produce evidence, records will link methods, limitations and findings. Lessons and failed assumptions will not be hidden behind success-only language.

Privacy and data

Collect less. Explain why. Protect what is entrusted.

Current forms prepare email in the visitor's own email application. The website does not automatically publish submissions or operate accounts and payments. A full privacy policy will be published as data systems expand.

Know a problem technology could help solve?

Bring us the problem—not a polished pitch. We are interested in what is overlooked, who it affects, and what evidence would help.
