How we say no
Discipline protects the mission.
A potentially useful idea may still be wrong for SEED SURE at the current time.
- Outside the mission
- Harm cannot be appropriately managed
- Evidence cannot reasonably be collected
- Mainly benefits a private interest
- Resources are insufficient
- Appropriate expertise is unavailable
- Ethical or safeguarding concerns exist
